Currently, I am at GoDaddy as a UX Designer on the Email team, designing experiences for our second-most popular product sold, behind domain name registrations.


More specifically, I lead all aspects relating to B2B2C e-commerce when it comes to our email offerings. I focus on: Customization, Cart/Checkout, and Product Education.


I frequently collaborate with a myriad of other UX teams and stakeholders. One example is the Growth UX team - how to seamlessly transition the user from Purchase to Activation/Onboarding. Examples of cross-functional partners I have had the unique opportunity to work with include Content Design, Product Marketing, Business Analytics, Front of Site (FOS), and Legal - all with the unified goal to Join Forces and to deliver value to small-medium business owners (SMBs) and entrepreneurs.

Email Add-Ons

Email Add-Ons

The only way you could purchase email add-ons is by calling GoDaddy’s 1-800 number and to speak to a customer service representative over the phone. In those initial calls, only 25% of email add-ons were sold.


We sought an opportunity to design a net-new page where users can discover, learn, and purchase email add-ons, on top of selecting a Microsoft 365 email plan for their business. This project holds near and dear to my heart as I got to win stakeholders and design leadership over by convincing them to run an end-to-end design process, since UX at GoDaddy operates in a scrappy and lean approach.


Upon launch in Q4 2024, the newly designed email add-ons page resulted in a 64% increase in new units purchased, and the UI components I implemented, influenced other UX teams to design similar pages, due to its modular and scalable look and function.

In tandem with Email Add-Ons, there was a crucial need to update the UI design of the Microsoft 365 Plans & Pricing modal. The old design used a version of GoDaddy's design system that is now obsolete, rendering it prone to countless bugs and issues. I identified an untapped opportunity to improve its merchandising design with the right typography, visual design, and business value propositions.
